What does this mean? Simply this: If we clean your Carpets or Upholstery and you are not 100% delighted with the results we will re-clean the area free of charge. The only condition to this guarantee is that we have surveyed the items to be cleaned and provided a written quotation. Carpet Cleaning Process’s Carpet cleaning falls into two primary methods. Dry Cleaning & Hot Water extraction It is important to remember that ALL carpet cleaning process’s use water in differing amounts –there is no totally dry method. All methods have their advantages and disadvantages and the choice of process should depend on individual circumstances e.g type of carpet, location, amount of soiling. At HMS we select the most effective process to suit your needs although our preferred method is the Dry Fusion Process. Dry Fusion is a radical new carpet cleaning process that combines the best elements of existing methods to give some truly amazing results.
